Bivar releases vibration-resistant LED assembly

The new PM5-3 Series is a three-lead common cathode, bicolor, 5 mm panel-mount LED assembly. Features include multicolor status indicator and multiple configuration choices that include stripped wires and 0.100-in. pitch three-pin connector. They are available in 0.16 in. protrusion and recessed versions. The vibration-resistant series is available with unlimited wire lengths.

The Orca LEDs from Bivar feature the optimum flux and intensity that offers the highest light output available. LEDs Boost Efficiency And Intensity

The ORCA series Super Flux LEDs for use on standard printed-circuit boards replaces the MAKO product family and enhances its capabilities with greater luminous intensity, higher power efficiency, and additional lens configurations while maintaining a standard 7.6-mm square form factor. The components are available in standard colors of red, green, blue, yellow, and white and also includes three bi-color combinations and RGB. The red and yellow ORCAs are compatible with SAE and ECE color requirements.
     
 

Super Flux LEDs Target Automotive PCBs

Replacing the MAKO product family, Bivar’s ORCA Series super flux LEDs are designed for use on standard printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the automotive industry. The 7.6-mm² devices offer dome, oval, and flat lens geometries to provide viewing angles of 30°, 45°, 80°, and 160°. The components shine in red, green, blue, yellow, and white and include 3 bi-color combinations and RGB. The units endure for up to 100,000 hours, are compatible with SAE and ECE color requirements, and operate in LED signage and signal, industrial illumination, and decorative and specialty market applications.
