Bivar Announces New High Temperature, Self-Retaining LED & Discrete Mounts for Component Safeguards and Lower Assembly CostsSolid State Lighting Solutions for Industrial Applications

Designed to provide a solution for improved LED and discrete component mounting, Bivar has announced their new Extruded Nylon Mount (ENM) Series of High Temperature, self-retaining extruded mounts. This answers the need for a method of component mounting with the higher temperatures encountered in the lead free soldering process. Extruded from high temperature, 94V-0 rated Nylon, the ENM Series offers a 260° C temperature rated alternative to the existing Bivar ELM 4, 5, 7 Series. The high temperature material has been colored BLUE making it easy to distinguish from standard mounts. The new Pb Free Nylon LED mounts provide permanent fixturing and component lead alignment solution for simplified assembly processes.
